Q. How did your relationship start with Winstar and how long have you been working with them?
A. I found Winstar online when searching for a credit card processing provider. They had great reviews so I decided to inquire. The inquiry experience went great so I decided to start using their services. I have now been with 1.5 years and love their processing set up as well as their amazing customer service!
Q. What do you like about doing business with Winstar?
A. They are patient and happy to answer ALL your questions. They reach out to check up and make sure everything is going good. Quick and reliable customer service. Also if your like me and forget your password they will happily reset it even if it’s the 5th, 6th or 7th time. Although now that I mainly use the app I don’t have this problem anymore. I was always very pleased how nice they were about my forgetfulness.
Q. Is there anything about Winstar that you can think of that is unique or different?
A. The customer service by far. Good service is hard to come by these days and their’s is superior. Also I’ve never had any technical issues which I can’t say about multiple other credit card processing companies.
